The Role

Working as part of a small team you will assist in the design and manufacturing of tooling for production runs and production aides.   You will also support the design department in manufacturing samples, test components, jigs and test equipment.

Experience & Training

The ideal candidates will have an engineering background (apprenticeship would be ideal) with previous experience of working in a production environment. Practical problem-solving skills, experience of using a wide variety of tools and equipment and a good understanding of mechanical assembly processes are essential.  For more information contact


The Role

Working as part of a small team you will support the HSE Manager with the management and  development of Senior Aerospace BWT’s management system in order to meet all current regulatory requirements and to ensure business relevance.

Engage employees in awareness and best practice promoting HSE initiatives company-wide and assist the HSE Manager in sharing information and best practice across Senior Group sites.

Experience & Training

HSE management systems and standards such as OHSAS18001 and ISO14001
European and UK legislative system including the ability to interpret Acts of Parliament, Approved Codes of Practice and Guidance notes
Risk assessment techniques
Strong communication skills
Behavioural safety


NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent (essential)
Environmental qualification (desirable)
UK driving licence (desirable)

The Role

Working as part of an established and talented team, the Project Design Engineer role will focus on design and development activities in order to meet customer requirements for low pressure low temperature air conducting systems for a variety of aircraft.    The role reports directly to the Design Manager.

Experience & Training

An aerospace background in systems (air conditioning), or similar suitable engineering training, drafting (AutoCad experience would be a definite advantage), design review and project management skills.  Some knowledge of CATIA (surfaces and solids for piping) would be ideal but training will be given in this area.  For more information contact

Production Operatives

Day Shift & Afternoon/Evening Shift

We are looking for self-motivated people who can demonstrate a high level of manual dexterity and accuracy. You will be used to working as part of a team to meet production targets whilst maintaining high quality standards. Some relevant experience is desirable but all new employees receive full training and the opportunity to develop new skills and progress their career.
